RJ started his career as an engineer working in the automotive industry, both in the United States and overseas. While engineering, he attended Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business, and earned a Master of Business Administration. He then transitioned into corporate restructuring, serving various roles including: advisory in special situations, executive leadership, and corporate governance. RJ has supported both healthy and distressed companies during their most challenging times.
